I am a Year 6 student at papakura central school School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Room Khh and my teacher is Whaea Tamzin. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first draft. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.
Welcome and well done for making such a great start on this years' SLJ programme, "Changemakers: People who have changed the world" - thanks for telling us about your great dream job, I love that you want to be a vet!
I see that you have a pet called Amy, what kind of pet is she? I'm impressed that you've attributed your image, too, well done Hayley! My friend is a vet, she grew up on a farm and has been looking after animals since she was your age. What kind of animals would you like to work with?
I hope your holidays are going well and you’re having lots of fun. I see you haven't posted on your blog in a while. There’s still plenty of time left to do what you can and get more points and get those cool prizes that are up for grabs.
Remember that you can go back or skip ahead to do the tasks in any order you like so you can always start with the most interesting ones first.
Kia ora Hayley
